Galleries are hosted on Pixieset for two years from your wedding or event date.

After this time, the galleries are deleted from Pixieset and are no longer downloadable or recoverable via Pixieset.

I also keep an archive of galleries on physical hard disk storage. Therefore, it is possible to restore galleries after two years if you did not download your gallery in high resolution, or your existing backups of your gallery are lost or unrecoverable.

There is a cost associated with this process as it takes about two hours to recover from backup, reupload the gallery and send through the new link.

If you need to recover your event or wedding gallery, please purchase this service and your new gallery will be available within 3 working days.

Gallery Recovery Terms

Recovery and restoration of your original gallery may not be possible in all circumstances (for example if the restore process fails). Chris Jack Photography cannot guarantee that a restoration is possible, but if the restoration fails a full refund will be issued.

After purchasing this service, we will attempts to recovery your gallery and notify you within three working days whether it was successful or not.

You will then be emailed a new gallery link and password.
