  • 15 highlight photos edited and provided the following morning (or as arranged prior) — or photos can be edited on-site and delivered at the event, at no extra cost.

  • Rapid editing & delivery of all photos within 72 hours at maximum resolution, via a shareable, password protected online gallery hosted for two years.

  • Simple, ‘no hidden extras’ fully inclusive pricing e.g. $600 incl. GST for 2 hours (including photo editing).

  • Unlimited commercial usage on all photos forever. Use or alter the images for anything such as social media, website galleries, printing, media releases, advertising or marketing, without cost or permission.

  • Share the online gallery link and password with guests, clients, sponsors, exhibitors etc. to download, share and use the maximum resolution images.

  • Very experienced shooting demanding, multi-day conferences or exhibitions at Brisbane BCEC in all events spaces.

  • Fully Flexible Bookings : Cancellations and postponements are possible up to 6 hours before the event, with full refunds, for any reason. Coverage can be booked for a minimum of just 90 minutes.

  • For conferences (at BCEC for example) morning, lunch and afternoon breaks are not included in coverage time. This significantly reduces the cost for a full day or multi-day conference.

As a flexible full-time photographer coverage is available anytime, including early breakfasts, luncheons and dinners late into the evening 7 days a week including public holidays.

Chris regularly shoots at the major conference and event precincts in Brisbane such as the Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre (BCEC), the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC), Sofitel, W Hotel, Howard Smith Wharves (HSW), Marriott, Pullman Hotel, The Star Grand hotel etc.

As a regular shooter at places like BCEC he has shot in every function space available and knows exactly how to capture all the important moments.

CONFERENCE / FULL DAY / MULTi-DAY

Please request quote below with hours required as the final price is discounted for up to two hours of photographer breaks between sessions (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea).

Delivery & DETAILS

  • 15 highlight photos delivered the next morning or same day where possible.

  • Delivery time for all photos is 72 hours or as quoted.

  • Fully Flexible: Bookings can be cancelled/postponed within 6 hours of the start time, with full refunds.

  • Payment can be made by card (incl. Amex) online or bank transfer 5 days before the event.

  • Travel and parking is included in the prep fee within Brisbane Metropolitan area.

  • Full unlimited commercial usage on all photos forever, no attribution required and alterations permitted.

  • Approximately 65+ photos per hour of coverage edited and delivered in the final gallery.

  • Hosted, password protected online gallery for two years for downloading and sharing.

  • Photos can be edited and delivered during the event at no extra cost, please request on booking.
